1HD-FTE Injectors | High Flow Reconditioned

These are our 1HD-FTE injectors, that have been upgraded and high flowed to suit performance upgrades ranging from 220HP right up to 440Hp.

How does it work?

Due to our high involvement in the 1HD-FTE engine platform, we have accumulated hundreds of 1HD-FTE injector bodies (cores). This allows us to recondition the injector cores and modify the parts internally to deliver a higher performing injector, starting at 220HP right up to a 440HP.

We offer the widest range of injector sizing on the market. This is important, as it means you get an injector that is closest to your desired goal.

Tailor your engine’s performance to your needs with multiple horsepower options:

• • +17 – 220HP-270HP – Ideal for a moderate power upgrade, up to 270HP. Perfect for 5 Speed Auto A750F. Turbo choices such as the UFI 18G (220-270HP) or GTurbo G333.
  • +30 – 250HP-320HP – Ideal for a medium power upgrade, up to 320HP. Turbo choices such as the UFI 18 (270HP), UFI 21L (320HP) or GTurbo G380 Titan.
  • +50 – 300HP-360HP – Ideal for a substantial power upgrade. Designed for turbo choices such as the UFI 21L (330HP), UFI 23L (380HP), GTubro G380 Titan, GTurbo G400Ti.
  • +70 – 350HP-390HP – Ideal a huge power upgrade. Designed for turbo choice that can flow maximum air and boost such as the UFI 23L, (380HP), GTurbo G400 Ti.
  • +90 – 400HP-440HP – Ideal for maximum power upgrade. These are if you want to push the engine to the maximum limits, might be looking at custom turbo choices as there are not many options that support 400HP+ off the shelf.

Some important factors to consider,

• 2002+ HDJ100 Toyota Landcruiser 5 Speed Manual models with the facelift dash suffer from a light engine shake on deceleration when fitted with any injector bigger than standard. There is an imbalance fuel from what the factory ECU recognises and it’s fuel quantity limitation strategy to return the engine to a smooth idle. With this imbalance, it can cause the engine to shake while rolling to a stop or slowly taking off from a set of traffic lights. It’s no harm on the engine.
• 2002+ HDJ100 5 Speed Auto models, we only recommend going as big as the +17 set. Anymore will hurt the transmission, as they deliver too much torque down low for it to hold.
• All HDJ79 Series are recommended to go for a set of +17’s if you are considering just a standard injector replacement. This allows a tuner to get a little bit more power out of your car safely when paired with a turbo upgrade, intercooler or Unichip in the future, as it is so common to do so. This factor is irrelevant if you are already chasing a power goal with a set of high flow injectors.
• When removing your old set of injectors, be careful not to damage the threads on the injector where the lines go on. If you try and pry them out of the engine on these, and damage the threads, it is unlikely you will be reimbursed a core charge. If they are tight, you can use a slide hammer in the injector return hole.

HOW DOES EXCHANGE WORK?

Once your order is placed, you will be provided with an invoice. This invoice contains your ORDER NUMBER. Please attach this order number to your package when you send your injectors in, so we can assign them back to your order and build these for you. The correct information reduces downtime and wait times on both your end and ours, making the process seamless and hassle free!

We recommend selecting express freight, and signature on delivery. If you can, please print out your online order and put it inside the box.

Please be aware that a $900 core charge is added during checkout, serving as a refundable deposit. In the event that we are temporarily out of cores, you will receive a refund for this charge and may be required to send in your set for reconditioning. Should you have any questions regarding this charge, do not hesitate to contact us. Ideally, we recommend returning cores within four (4) weeks.

Alternatively, you have the option to send your cores to us for reconditioning, eliminating the need for the core charge.

Note: For core returns, please choose the “Signature on Delivery” option and retain your tracking number for record-keeping purposes.
