🛠️ Fitment Details

• Direct replacement, no modifications required
• Injector coding is required. This can be done via scan tool, with the code identified on top of the injector. Our advice is to do this before you even start the work on your vehicle as it is easier to read them out of the car, then ensure you put them in the corresponding cylinders.
• Outright purchase: no core-exchange or returns of old injectors
• We recommend replacing these style of injectors at a minimum of every 150,000km and no more later than 300,000km, depending on usage and conditions. Injectors used with an ECU tune pushing higher than standard amounts of rail pressure (220MPA+) will inevitably wear them out quicker.

⚙️Common issues with the standard Piezo fuel injectors in the 1VD-FTV engine, 

• On the 2016+ DPF model Toyota Landcruiser’s, issues we have seen with the original injectors include,
  • P0200 codes – This will describe an “injector open circuit” code. This means the injector it is describing, for example, cylinder 7, has failed and requires replacement.
  • Unbalanced idle – The engine will not idle smoothy, potentially meaning an injector has failed.
  • Black smoke in the exhaust pipe – This is more commonly seen in the 2016+ VDJ200 Series Toyota Landcruiser’s. On your DPF model Toyota Landcruiser, there should be no soot in your exhaust pipe (if the DPF is still in place). If there is, you have an injector or DPF issue.
