Important note: Pre 06/2011 models require an updated water line spacer when fitting the coolant line to the left hand side turbo. This is because of a change in the casting that requires more clearance. The part number of the spacer is 16355-51011.
This is a complete assembled turbocharger kit with turbo actuator that includes just the left hand side turbochargers for the VDJ200. The genuine turbochargers are a great option to replace a blown or broken turbo in a 200 Series Toyota Landcruiser without worrying about the reliability of ‘upgraded’ units. It is most common to see the left hand side turbo to fail first, however most people tend to replace both at the same time. The stock turbochargers, even when used in a performance application are still a fantastic unit to tune the engine with and are still a great unit up to 300HP and 27pSI of boost. There is often no need to upgrade unless you are desiring more power than this.
