1FZ Premium Saudi Spec Turbo Kit suitable for the Toyota Landcruiser 105 Series
This is our Horsepower oriented turbo kit to suit the 1FZ Toyota Landcruiser, 6 Boost Collector Manifold and External gate turbo setup is designed for response and effective boost control even at high HP Levels. With the external wastegate included we typically operate this setup over 15PSI and 400-700+HP
Recommended for built engine applications, with upgraded rods & head studs. This kit requires fabrication to connect exhaust and wastegate exit pipe.
(Either a screamer pipe, or plumb-back to dump pipe needs to be made)

- Stainless steel ‘short’ dump pipe with O2 Sensor Port
- Full Turbocharger fitting kit, lines, studs gaskets, bolts and fittings to suit.

F.A.Q
Q: Is this everything I need to turbocharge my engine?
A: This kit contains most items needed to correctly turbocharge a 1FZ-FE. There a number of other considerations when turbocharging a petrol engine
-There is no ‘off the shelf’ exhaust and intake pipe to suit. Exhaust and intake pipe will need to be joined up to the Turbo, we use a local exhaust shop for this
-A front mount intercooler is also required.
-Dyno tuning is required using an engine management system such as Haltech ECU
-High flow airbox/snorkel recommended
Q: What about my transmission, does that need an upgrade?
A: For Manual vehicles, we recommend the NPC 1300NM Clutch. For automatic vehicles ‘Extreme’ Valve body upgrade is recommended
Q: What PSI wastegate does it run?
A: Supplied with springs to run 7 or 14PSI minimum waste gate. To increase the boost pressure, you will have to fit a Boost Controller.
Q: Do I need to run water lines to the turbo?
A: YES. They are water cooled and must have the water lines hooked up. Failing to do so will void all warranty and significantly reduce the service life of your turbocharger.
