These are brand new Zexel Injectors for GQ and GU TD42 and TD42T engines.

We Recommend Replacing your Td42 Injectors ever 100,000 KM for longevity and reliability of your engine. We also recommend replacing your injectors when replacing the standard Injector pump or upgrading to a performance 12mm Injector Pump which we can also supply you with. If your are Experiencing any of the following symptoms, Your Injectors may need to be replace

• Trouble starting the vehicle
• Uneven Idling

• Excessive smoke
• Increase in fuel consumption

It is common to have the Injector bleed off rail break when replacing the injectors due to age. This occurs when undoing the injector from the head – it is common that the return rail becomes ‘stuck’ to the injector and spins with it causing it to snap. If you require a new one, we can supply you a brand new genuine item here.

NOTE: These do not suit TD42Ti Engines as the #1 injector has a wire on it going back to the injector pump. If you have replaced your Ti pump with an aftermarket pump,  you can go ahead and fit these injectors – however you will need to also replace the return rail as well.
