Orders and Shipping

Orders will be pack and shipped within 1-2 business days from when they are placed if the item is in stock. Any items ordered that are on back-order will have an estimated time frame for that specific item when added to the cart.

From there estimated carrier times are as follows:

Auspost Standard: 3-5 business days

Auspost Express: 2-3 business days

Flat Rate Shipping: 2-7 business days

International Shipping: 2-4 weeks

*all shipping times may be delayed by the COVID-19 Pandemic  

To Create an account click on the My Account button in the top right corner of the page and fill out the form

If you need to change your address prior to making and order, you can do so by updating your information in the My Account page. If you placed an order and need to change your shipping address please contact us by phone as soon as possible on 0721119133 or email us at help@hdautomotive.com.au after hours.

You will receive and email with your tracking number once we have packed and shipped your order.

All item prices include standard GST.

We ship internationally to most countries, the easiest way to find out if we can ship to your country is to check out if your country has a shipping option in checkout.  if your country is not there contact us at help@hdautomotive.com.au and we will do our best to attempt to work something out.

Most orders will be shipped in one package however larger orders may have to be shipped in multiple packages and should your order contain an item on back-order we will fulfil and ship the items we do have in stock as soon as the order is received.

Returns and Exchanges

*All items can be returned in 30 days for a full refund shipped at your expense, the item cannot be fitted prior to returning and must not be damaged. please contact us on 0721119133 or email us at help@hdautomotive.com.au to arrange a return and refund

If you think you have received the wrong item to what you ordered, please contact us on 0721119133 or email at help@hdautomotive.com.au and we will do our best to help you. If we have indeed sent you the wrong item we will send you the correct item/refund you and you will need to send the wrong item back to us at our expense.

Please make sure to send a note with your name and order number back with the item so that we can refund you promptly once we receive that item back.

If you have entered an incorrect shipping address please contact us as soon as possible.

If you would like to change or cancel an order please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist you.

If an item is marked as sold out please contact us and we can discuss whether there is an option to pre-order that item. 

All Refunds are subject to a Restock fee of 10% if the refund is due to change of mind or customer incorrectly ordered parts. If you are unsure whether a part will fit your vehicle please contact us.
