Our “Text Us” popup works for some overseas numbers (New Zealand ), but not every country yet. If it doesn’t work for you, no worries. Just email sales@hdautomotive.com.au and we’ll help you directly.
🛒 Small Items (Under 11kg)
Most smaller items can be ordered straight through the cart:
- Add your gear to the cart
- Select your country
- Enter your details
- Choose your shipping option
If your country isn’t listed, email sales@hdautomotive.com.au and we’ll add it for you.
🚚 Shipping
We ship all international orders with DHL. It’s the fastest and most reliable option, fully tracked from our door to yours, and we rarely have any issues with it. You’ll see the DHL shipping cost at checkout.
🛃 Import Duties, VAT and Customs
Your order may attract import duties, VAT, or customs fees when it arrives in your country. These are common, so please expect them.
Important: these charges do not come from us. They are set and collected by your own government and customs authorities, and the rules are different in every country.
As the importer, these costs are your responsibility. If you’re not sure what applies, please check with your local customs office before you order.
📦 Bulky Items (Clutches, Turbos, Exhausts, etc.)
Large, heavy gear needs a custom shipping quote. Email us at hello@hdautomotive.com.au and include:
- The product name (or link)
- Your full delivery address and country
- Your phone number
- Any fitment details or questions
We’ll come back to you with the best freight option and a total price.
