We aim to make returns as clear and fair as possible. Please read the following information carefully before submitting a return request.
How to Start a Return
To request a return authorisation, please contact our team with:

Returns sent without approval will not be processed.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
Items must be returned within 30 days of the shipment date
Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact
Packaged goods must be returned with original packaging in new condition
Items must be suitable for resale as a new product
We can only accept returns on items that are in a condition suitable for resale. Please consider whether you would be comfortable receiving the part as new in the same condition it is being returned.
Faulty items are exempt from packaging and condition requirements.
Unacceptable Returns
Any item returned that does not meet the above conditions will be considered unacceptable.
Unacceptable returns will be sent back at the customer’s expense
Refunds or exchanges will not be issued for items that cannot be resold as new
Please ensure all items are returned in new and resalable condition to avoid delays or additional costs.
If a customer refuses to pay return freight on an unacceptable return, the item must be collected within 30 days of notification. If collection is not arranged within that period, we reserve the right to dispose of or destroy the item.
Shipping Costs
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Original shipping charges including freight protection are non-refundable
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as returned items remain the customer’s responsibility until received
Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
This fee covers inspection, handling, repackaging cost and associated fees.
The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Faulty Items
If you have a faulty item that you would like refunded, repaired or replaced, please contact us before sending the item back. If emailing regarding a fault, please attach pictures of the fault so the item can be assessed before a return is approved. In cases where a faulty item was received a pre-paid shipping label can be emailed to cover the return costs on the faulty item. Faulty items may be returned outside of the regular returns time frames.
