- Check the stock number on the product pageLook for an actual number, like “14 in stock”. If the listing shows a number, there’s a 99% chance it’s sitting in our Brisbane warehouse right now. If it only says “available” or shows no number, it may ship from a partner warehouse interstate, so check with us before you drive out.
- Choose Click & Collect at checkoutNo freight charge. Pay as normal.
- Wait for the ready messageWe’ll email and text you when your order is picked and at the counter. During opening hours that’s usually 30 minutes to 2 hours. Orders placed after hours or on the weekend are picked when we open.
- Collect within 14 days35 Sudbury St, Darra, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Bring your order number. If someone else is collecting for you, text or email us their name first.
In a hurry?
If you need it today, text us on 0483 906 923 or call 07 2103 1141 and we’ll tell you straight away whether it’s on the shelf and when it’ll be at the counter.
You can also just walk in. The showroom is open Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, and we’ll pull the part while you wait. Checking the stock number online first saves a wasted trip.
Uncollected orders
Click & Collect orders must be collected within 14 days of the ready message. After 14 days the order is forfeited and the items go back into stock.
The order is not refunded. If you come in after the 14 days and the items are still in stock, we’ll fulfil the order as usual. If they’ve sold in the meantime, your order is treated the same as any out-of-stock order: we’ll supply replacement stock when it lands, and we’ll be in touch with a date.
If you know you can’t get in within 14 days, text or email us before the deadline. We can hold the order longer by arrangement, or switch it to delivery for the normal freight cost.

Good to know
- Bulky items like intercoolers, exhaust systems and clutch kits are ideal for Click & Collect. You skip the specialist freight cost entirely.
- Parts from partner warehouses (Performance Diesel Injectors, United Fuel Injection, Manta exhausts) are stocked here wherever possible, but if the product page doesn’t show a number in stock, ask before ordering for collection.
- Once you’ve collected, the goods are yours. Our returns policy applies as normal, and every return needs approval first.
