Manta 3-inch Stainless Steel DPF Delete Exhaust suitable for Toyota Prado 150 Series GDJ150R
Manta 3″ mandrel bent DPF delete exhaust in stainless steel, suitable for the Toyota Prado 150 Series GDJ150R with the 1GD-FTV 2.8L turbo diesel. It replaces the entire factory exhaust from the turbo back, including the DPF. The restrictive factory muffler and piping go, which gives much freer flow and a deep exhaust note with no drone inside the cab. Tuning is required and it is for off road or race use only.

🔧 Fitment Details:
- Follows the same path as the factory exhaust and uses all the same mounting points
- Replaces the whole factory exhaust, including the DPF
- Tuning is required. The vehicle’s Engine Control Unit (ECU) must be recalibrated to remove the functions tied to the DPF system
- Intended for off road or race use only
- Bolts straight up to the factory turbo on the 1GD-FTV and to GTurbo turbocharger upgrades
- Manta rate their systems as LOUD, MEDIUM and QUIET. With a centre and a rear muffler this one is rated quiet, which suits touring and towing with no drone on the highway
⚙️ Why Choose Manta:
- The factory exhaust runs piping as small as 2″, which chokes the motor. 3″ mandrel bent pipe improves low-down torque and throttle response, reduces turbo lag, and improves efficiency and peak power
- Mandrel bends and straight-through mufflers keep flow as high as possible, which helps performance and fuel economy
- Stainless steel is the premium option from Manta and the highest quality you will get in an off the shelf exhaust. It lasts much longer in corrosive environments such as beach driving
- We supply and fit these in house as the best sounding, best fitting option for the Toyota Prado 150 Series. They sound just right and free up the 1GD-FTV
- Manta is Australia’s largest exhaust manufacturer
