Ordered a 1VD intake clean gasket kit for a job that was booked in a week's time. Paid express shipping. Called a week later and was told they were out of stock and it should be getting sent the following day. Gaskets didn't arrive until after the car had already left the shop, so will need to reschedule. While the guy on the phone was helpful, if your website doesn't show live stock and someone has paid for express shipping a courtesy call to let you know it's out of stock would've been appreciated. In the future I'll make sure to call in advance to double check. Cheers, Ryan.
