1HD-FTE Intake Gasket Set suitable for Toyota Landcruiser HDJ78 HDJ79 HDJ100
These are Genuine gaskets, perfect for replacing all your manifold gaskets if they are leaking, or if the manifold has been removed for an intake clean.
It is common for the intake gaskets to leak on the 1HD-FTE engine.
This can be identified by oil dripping down the passenger side (left) of the engine.
This is because the intake begins to leak the crank case vent oi out of the inlet gasket.
The factory gaskets can become soft and deteriorate afters years of use, causing the intake manifold bolts to sit loosely against the head, also causing a loss in power.
