This kit is suitable for N70 Hilux’s with the 1KD-FTV – 3 Litre D4D motor. Capable of handling up to 750nm!
It is fairly well known that the factory Hilux clutch in the KUN series is simply not up to the task of holding any more power or torque than what they produce from the factory. If you plan on getting a Remap on your 1KD – N70 Hilux or even bigger tyres, then this is a must-do as the stock clutch simply isn’t up to the task.
NPC recommend fitting an upgraded braided clutch hose with this kit.
