The factory dual mass flywheel in the Nissan Navara D40 wears out and cannot be machined, so a worn one means buying another. This kit removes it. You get a new Exedy single mass flywheel and a standard-spec clutch built to match it, and the next clutch change only needs a machine of the flywheel face.

This clutch kit is rated to 250 Nm at the flywheel.

🚗 Suitable for:

• Nissan Navara D40 with 2.5L YD25DDTi engine and 250mm clutch, 2005-2015
• Nissan Pathfinder R51 with 2.5L YD25DDTi engine and 250mm clutch, 2005-2010

📦 What’s included:

• Exedy single mass flywheel (new)
• Exedy clutch disc and pressure plate
• Throw out bearing
• Spigot bearing
• Alignment tool

🛠️ Fitment details:

• The new flywheel is in the kit. Your old dual mass flywheel comes off and is not reused, so nothing needs machining.
• 250mm clutch, 24 spline clutch disc, 25.5mm spline OD, flat flywheel
• Some Nissan Navara D40 models run a 275mm clutch. This kit will not fit those. Measure yours or send us your VIN before ordering.

A: A stock or near-stock YD25 used as a daily or for light towing. For a tuned engine or heavy towing, ask us about the 7704SMFHD.

Q: How are Exedy torque figures measured?
A: At the flywheel, with a factor of safety included, so the rating is conservative.
