A brand new genuine Garrett Redboost turbocharger suitable for the 1GD-FTV 2.8L turbo diesel built from 2015 to 04/2020. It bolts on in place of the factory IHI turbocharger (OE Toyota part number 17201-11080), comes with the electronic actuator fitted, and needs no tune. It does not fit 1GD-FTV engines built after 04/2020, which use the I-ART injection system and a different turbo.

🛠️ Fitment Details:

• Fits 1GD-FTV engines built before 04/2020 (pre I-ART).
• You can pick a pre I-ART engine by its two-pin injector plugs.
• Bolts on and plugs in with no modifications.
• Replaces the factory IHI turbocharger, OE Toyota part number 17201-11080.
• Gaskets are not included. We recommend fitting new ones with the turbo.

A: No. Gaskets are not included, and we recommend replacing them when you fit the turbo.

Q: Will it fit a 2021 or newer model?
A: No. 1GD-FTV engines built after 04/2020 have the I-ART injection system and a different ball bearing turbocharger, so this turbo does not fit them.
