The BASCO telescopic CV shafts are a new product designed to address the issue of Excessive CV angle on your lifted Toyota Hilux N70. If you’ve lifted your I.F.S Hilux and noticed binding, or premature joint wear at extreme suspension angles – this shaft is designed to keep your drivetrain happy. It’s a direct‐replacement for your factory shaft but with two key upgrades – a ‘plunging’ centre section that allows it to travel further in and out, and high‐angle CV joints that won’t bind when your suspension is at its extremes.

  • All N70 Hilux 4×4 Models 2005-2015 
  • KUN26R, KUN25R, GGN25R
  • Also suits GGN125R, V6 Petrol model

📦 What’s in the box 

  • 1x BASCO High angle CV shaft. Sold individually, will fit either left or right side.

🛠️ Fitment Details

  • Torque flange bolts to Toyota spec.
  • Check for clearance or binding.
  • After initial 200 km, check for any signs of rubbing and clearance issues
  • Torque flange bolts to factory spec.
  • Grease and inspect splines and hub seals before fitting.
