HPD forward facing intake manifold suitable for the 3.0L 4JJ1 turbo diesel in the Isuzu D-Max, Holden Colorado and Holden Rodeo. It replaces the messy factory intake manifold and allows complete removal of the EGR system and the components that sit on top of it. With the inlet facing forward, a short cold side pipe can be fabricated to a front mount intercooler, which saves room in the engine bay. It suits builds with a 44mm or 55mm turbo upgrade, front mount intercooler, high flow injectors and tuning work.

Please note: this is not a direct fit replacement. It is a custom solution for modified vehicles, and it needs fabrication work and an ECU tune to fit. Read the fitment details below before ordering.

🔧 Fitment Details:

• Not a direct bolt-on replacement. Custom work is required
• Custom hot side or cold side intercooler piping is required
• An ECU tune is required to remove the EGR system and deleted sensors, and to make use of the extra airflow
• The EGR system is removed and the coolant hoses must be bypassed
• Soft lines such as fuel hoses and coolant hoses may need to be relocated
• Brackets and surrounding components may need to be trimmed for clearance
• We recommend fitment and tuning by an experienced diesel performance workshop
