Easy Fitment

Who doesn’t love quick, easy, highly beneficial modifications to their vehicle? – This kit is exactly that. Most would say about a three beer job. Bolts directly down to the OEM mounts, run some basic wiring, fit the temperature sensor and you’re ready to go. Fitment time is approximately 1 hour.

Fully Automated

Once fitted, you don’t have to think twice. Built into this performance intercooler thermo fan kit is a fully controlled thermometer system that will only activate when required. It takes a reading from your intake air temperature by the supplied sensor, and will operate accordingly, giving you peace of mind when towing or operating through harsh or heavy conditions that your Toyota Landcruiser is operating at it’s absolute full potential, all the time.

Why would my Landcruiser need this?

As we have experienced from countless hours spent on the dyno, the Toyota Landcruiser VDJ engines suffer hard from heatsoak into the factory top mounted intercooler. Inside the ECU, there are specific parameters which will derate the engines performance under these conditions leaving you with less power and less torque, sometimes up to 20% less! You may have even experienced this in your own travels. This effect is often amplified by tuning, so if you have had your Landcruiser tuned, then this is a must! Fitting this kit reduces the effect of the heatsoak significantly.
