This socket is for the front wheel bearings on most Nissan Patrols After 1995.

Why do I need this large socket?

This is a required tool when replacing the wheel bearings or doing swivel hubs on your solid axle Nissan Patrol 4WD,

You will find that there is a Circular nut with holes in it holding the wheel bearings in place. These nuts hold the desired pressure against the bearings, in turn supporting the hub on the spindle. They need to be removed, and new ones fitted with this tool.
