Pressure Sensor Remote Mount Kit 1/8 BSPT to -AN4 with 30cm PTFE Hose
This kit lets you remote mount a pressure sensor instead of screwing it straight into the block. Haltech’s TI pressure sensors have to be remote mounted on a flexible hose, and most Toyota and Nissan engines have 1/8 BSPT ports. The kit connects the two: an Aeroflow stainless 1/8 BSP to -4AN adaptor screws into the block, and 30cm of -AN4 200 Series PTFE hose runs to the sensor.
🚗 Suitable for:
- Haltech 150 PSI TI fuel, oil and wastegate pressure sensors (HT-010904), using the -4 AN adaptor supplied with the sensor
- Other pressure sensors with a -AN4 male fitting
- Toyota and Nissan engines with a 1/8 BSPT oil pressure port, including the Toyota 1FZ-FE
📦 What’s Included:
- 1x Aeroflow 1/8″ BSP male to -4AN male straight stainless steel adaptor (AF384-04)
- 30cm Raceworks -AN4 200 Series stainless braided PTFE hose
- 2x -AN4 straight PTFE hose ends
🔧 Fitment Details:
- Screw the adaptor into the 1/8 BSPT port on the block
- Run the hose from the adaptor to the sensor, which connects with the -4 AN adaptor supplied with the Haltech TI sensor
- Secure the sensor to a solid mounting point so it isn’t hanging on the hose
⚙️ Why Choose This Kit:
- The flexible hose keeps engine vibration off the sensor, which is why Haltech require TI sensors to be remote mounted
- Correct BSPT thread for Toyota and Nissan blocks, so there’s no forcing an NPT fitting into a BSPT port
❓ FAQs:
Q: Does it include the sensor?
A: No. The pressure sensor is sold separately.
Q: Why can’t I screw the TI sensor straight into the block?
A: Haltech say TI sensors must not be mounted directly on the block or fuel rail. Engine vibration shortens their life, so they need to sit on a flexible hose.
