This rebuild kit is offered with ART pistons which are the same manufacturer of pistons Toyota has been fitting to their diesel engines and are the highest quality option on the market.

The head bolts are AMC which is a brand associated with a very strong reputation for high quality engine parts made in Spain.

The gasket kit is by Cherry and is another high quality Japanese gasket kit which has been supplied with this kit.

The bearings are NDC which are a high quality Japanese brand of connecting rod and main bearings.

Please select from the drop down which size rebuild kit you require. Here’s some info regarding sizing,

• Piston Size
  • Standard, 0.5mm or 1mm over size (this will depend on the damage of your cylinder bore or reason for rebuild)

When the cylinder bore is damaged from insistences such as a broken ring land, your engine machine shop will advise you that you will have to increase the size of your new pistons to either 0.5mm or 1mm over size than standard. This does not offer any performance improvement and is simply to accommodate for rebuilding purposes.
