An aftermarket 2.0kW starter motor for the Toyota 2L, 3L and 5L diesels. From the LN130 Hilux Surf onwards these engines share the same block and head and differ only in capacity, so one starter covers the lot. Plugs varied a little over the years, but nothing a spade terminal will not sort out.

The 10 tooth replaces the 11 tooth. The 11 tooth was the early factory starter and the 10 tooth is the later design, which supersedes it. Pull an 11 tooth starter off the engine and this one still bolts up, meshes the same ring gear and cranks. No flywheel work, so do not count the teeth and send it back.
