Tillix EGR Delete Kit suitable for Toyota Landcruiser 78, 79 and 100 Series 1HD-FTE
The EGR system on the 1HD-FTE is a known weak point. Particulate buildup restricts airflow into the intake, the valve sticks partially open, and the result is excessive smoke, poor fuel economy, and a engine that feels nothing like it should. The Tillix EGR Delete Kit removes the valve from the intake stream entirely, with a machined intake block and exhaust manifold blanking plate to seal both ends of the circuit. Genuine Toyota gaskets are included so nothing is left to chance.

📦 What’s Included:
- 1x machined intake block plate, pre-drilled and tapped with 1/8″ and 1/4″ BSP ports
- 1x exhaust manifold blanking plate
- Genuine Toyota gaskets
- Blanking bungs for 1/8″ and 1/4″ BSP ports
🔧 Fitment Details:
- Removes the EGR valve from the intake stream as a direct replacement for the factory unit
- 1/8″ BSP port suits a boost gauge reference point
- 1/4″ BSP port suits a water/methanol injection system
- Ports can be oriented facing forward or rearward to suit your setup
- If ports are not to be used, supplied blanking bungs seal them off
- Exhaust manifold blanking plate seals the top/rear of the EGR pipe if you choose to remove it altogether
