This kit includes everything you need to convert the standard 4 speed A340 valve body in the Toyota Hilux Surf to a Heavy Duty performance valve body. The standard valve body in the A340 Transmission is not adequate enough to take the extra load when increasing the power and torque of your engine with performance upgrades, causing increased wear and reduction of life span to the transmission. This kit allows the standard valve body to be converted to a heavy duty valve body, allowing for you to safely increase the power and torque of your engine without worrying about damaging the transmission. This kit can be installed without removing the transmission from the vehicle.

This TransGo A340 Heavy Duty Valve Body Reprogramming Kit comes with everything you need to recalibrate the accumulators, feed orifices as well as pressure regulation for street, strip and off road. The resulting increases clutch plate durability and produces short-firm shifts that are perfect for hot rods as well as work trucks. In addition, when using the included optional low hold 1-2 shift valve, the transmission will stay in low gear with lever in manual low position.

The kit also includes a drop-in USA-made hardened steel TCC relay boost valve and bushing that restores the hydraulic circuit integrity for all type two, three and four valve bodies except some Lexus modes. This hardened steel boost valve and bushing assembly provides you with a durable direct replacement for the soft aluminum OEM assembly that is prone to wear. The kit can also be installed with the transmission in vehicle.
