1FZ-FE Coil On Plug Kit suitable for FZJ70 FZJ80 FZJ105 Landcruiser

Features laser cut aluminum bracket designed to mount individual ignition coil packs to the top of each spark plug on a 1FZ-FE. Perfect for those wanting to run sequential ignition directly from an aftermarket ecu. These kits can also be wired into the factory ecu. If you select coil loom to suit factory loom & ECU, the kit will come with a wiring diagram explaining how to pin the loom to run off the factory ecu.
FZJ80 / Early 70 Series:
80 series engines have a factory distributor, upgrading to the coil on plug kit has numerous advantages. Distributors are unreliable and not waterproof, upgrading to coil packs allows advanced ignition control and stronger spark through the use of an aftermarket ECU.
The factory 80 series ECU can not run sequential ignition, this kit should be used with a modern aftermarket ECU, we recommend Haltech Elite.
FZJ105 / Late 70 Series
The 105 series 1FZ has a ‘wasted spark’ ignition, with 3 coil packs mounted remotely, it is an outdated design for turbocharged engines. The factory 105 series ECU can run this coil pack kit as a ‘wasted spark’ configuration, but best results are gained by using an aftermarket ECU.

I conducted an inquiry from the USA for products sold by HD Automotive. Matt there was responsive and gave me the info I asked about. I was in the planning stages of my build and was not ready to order just yet. Matt continued providing the info as my plan was coming together.
