Commonly referred to in the market as a boost compensated injection pump, this fuel injector pump is a huge upgrade over the standard 1HZ injection pump. It is fitted with an aftermarket boost compensator that is dialed in to suit your 1HZ engine offering unmatched performance.

There are a number of injection pumps on the market, but it is important to note, this is a performance injection pump that focuses on low end torque, high end power with superior timing and fuel control. This offers the perfect combo for those looking to increase the power of their 1HZ without pushing it too far.

What is the difference between a standard recondition pump and a performance pump?

Standard reconditioned pumps are built to a standard spec with a standard test plan. A standard reconditioned pump may re-use old parts, where acceptable to do so, and only have enough work in them to either pass a test plan or operate as per the manufacture intended. That’s where a lot of people are led astray when it comes to extracting horsepower out of your mechanical diesel engine. If you are looking for the most torque and horsepower available, you need a performance pump.

A performance pump is built with that performance application in mind and completely overhauls the injector pump to deliver a specific end result such as a horsepower target. The 1HD-T performance injection pump incorporates the use of aftermarket modified parts such as the ‘mod top’ style boost compensator with a custom machined boost pin, as well as a whole suite of modified parts to deliver you the best possible results while maintaining maximum reliability and engine safety. The added bonus of a performance pump is the range of tunability available to the tuner. With over a decade of experience in tuning these pumps and engines, the injection pumps are pretty well dialed straight off the test bench. So, while any setup still needs to be perfected on the car, you can be rest assured that minimal work will be required to get it there.

One of the benefits of adding this injector pump to your fuel system is that it comes with the boost compensator added. This allows for precise diesel tuning in a DYNO Tuning situation, meaning you will save on fuel costs, increase your power with more tunability and have less off-boost soot.

• The correct information reduces downtime and wait times on both your end and ours, making the process seamless and hassle free!

We recommend selecting express freight, and signature on delivery. If you can, please print out your online order and put it inside the box.

• Please be aware that a $900 core charge is added during checkout, serving as a refundable deposit.
• In the event that we are temporarily out of cores, you will receive a refund for this charge and may be required to send in your set for reconditioning.
• Should you have any questions regarding this charge, do not hesitate to contact us. Ideally, we recommend returning cores within four (4) weeks.

Alternatively, you have the option to send your cores to us for reconditioning, eliminating the need for the core charge.

Note: For core returns, please choose the “Signature on Delivery” option and retain your tracking number for record-keeping purposes.

NOTE: You are required to change your fuel filter on your vehicle to validate any warranty on this product. It is ideal that you keep your receipt for this purchase attached to this invoice.
