What the 4JJ1 Boost Pressure Adapter is used for,
- On the 4JJ1 engine, there is no available vacuum hoe reference to take things such as a boost pressure reference from for things like boost gauges or waste gated turbocharger upgrade.
- This is because the MAP sensor is built into the pipework, meaning there is no hose to tee into as the factory sensor plumbs directly into the piping.
How it works,
- This boost pressure adapter spacers up sensor allowing it to still fit in it’s factory position, but allows you to take a boost pressure reference from the barb that now protrudes out of it.

- Direct fit upgrade – no tuning required.
- Comes with new O-ring keeping it all perfectly sealed.
