ECU=SHOP Throttle Controller with Ramble suitable for Mazda BT-50 2011-2020
The ECU=SHOP Boost Speed Pro is a plug-in throttle controller suitable for the Mazda BT-50. It sits between your accelerator pedal and its plug and changes how fast the engine answers your foot. You get 14 standard throttle modes, 3 custom modes you can tune yourself, and Ramble mode for a lumpy idle at the press of a button. The Mazda BT-50 UP and UR share their pedal plug with the Ford Ranger PX, so it takes the FD1 model.
🚗 Suitable for:
- Mazda BT-50 UP and UR 3.2L and 2.2L, 2011-2020 (Model Number: FD1)
Same FD1 unit as the Ford Ranger PX.
📦 What’s Included:
- ECU=SHOP Boost Speed Pro throttle controller
- FD1 plug-in harness to suit the Mazda BT-50 accelerator pedal
🔧 Fitment Details:
- Plug and play. Unplug the accelerator pedal, plug the harness in between, and you’re done. No cutting or splicing.
- You can check your plug before you order without any tools. Unplug the accelerator pedal, take a photo of the plug on your phone, and compare it to the pedal plug chart in the photos.
- Bluetooth connects to the ECU=SHOP app on your phone for changing modes and building the custom maps.
- It changes throttle response only. It does not add power or change fuelling. For more power you need a tune.
⚙️ Why Choose ECU=SHOP:
- Ramble mode gives you a lumpy idle on demand. It switches off as soon as you touch the pedal, so it won’t catch you out at the next set of lights.
- 14 standard throttle modes you can change on the fly.
- 3 custom modes with fully tunable throttle maps, including negative throttle. That helps if you run big injectors and the pedal feels too touchy.
- Eco, anti-slip and anti-theft modes are built in as well.

❓ FAQs:
Q: Will this fit the Mazda BT-50 2020+?
A: No. The Mazda BT-50 2020+ is built on the Isuzu D-Max and needs the IZ2 model. See the Mazda BT-50 2020+ version.
Q: Does Ramble mode stay on while I’m driving?
A: No. It turns off with pedal input, so if you forget it’s on, it won’t surprise you when you pull up.
