The BRD Intercooler kit is $1290 with everything you need to do a front mount upgrade on your N70 Hilux. This intercooler provides superior intake cooling efficiency, boosting power and efficiency on your 1KD engine. Upgrading to a front mount is worth doing even on a stock Hilux, but is absolutely necessary when doing turbo, injector upgrades and tuning.
Piping suits factory low mount turbocharger or VNT turbocharger upgrades such as FLEX 44MM.

🛠️ Fitment Details
- Designed to match factory intake manifold and turbo manifold position.
- MAF Sensor from factory intercooler must be relocated, a small relocation bracket is included.
- Holes must be cut in radiator support panel for piping.
- Installation of the intercooler itself only takes 3-4 hours but allow a full day to complete the job and tidy up.
- May be installed with the bullbar in place but it is usually easier to remove for better access.

Q: Top mount or front mount?
A: full size front mount will give the best results every time. The top mount is a compromise that suffers from heat soak, we haven’t seen great results from any of the upgraded top mount options either, they perform the same or only slightly better than the plastic factory intercooler.
Q: Do I need a tune?
A: No tuning required for install.
