Exedy achieve this by tailoring their standard cover to improve clamp load, which allows the transmission of increased engine torque with smooth take off drivability.

This clutch kit is rated to 320NM

• Toyota Hilux LN106, LN107, LN130 with 3L 2.8D Engine 1988-1997
• Toyota Hilux LN167, LN169, LN172, LN179 with 5L & 5L-E 3.0D Engine 1997-2005
• All Toyota Hilux models fitted with 3L, 5L & 5L-E engine from 1989-2005

• Please note – Depending on batch, Exedy supply this clutch with a silver cover instead of pink, but it is Heavy Duty

🛠️ Fitment Details:

• Requires factory flywheel face to be machined (as with any replacement clutch)
• Clutch disc spline is 21, Spline O.D is 29.8mm
  
• This is suitable for the 236mm fly wheel. We have sold thousands of these over the years, and have not ever seen the smaller 225mm fly wheel unless in the 2WD models, and even that was only once.

Please note: This Exedy Sports Tuff Clutch may be supplied with a GOLD, or SILVER cover. This is an update to a superior Japanese-made Clutch Cover with Anti-Burst, Anti Corrosion coating and further enhanced durability. It does not mean you have been supplied with the wrong clutch. EXEDY reserves the right to change kit contents, taking into consideration factors such as part availability and performance characteristics.
