Selby RE9603 steering rack end (inner tie rod) suitable for the Toyota Hilux N80 GUN126, GUN125 and GGN125 4WD from 2015 and the Fortuner GUN156. Sold each, fits either side. 313mm long, M14 x 1.5 into the rack, M16 x 1.5 for the outer tie rod end.

A rack end wears at the inner ball joint inside the boot, so you do not see it until the boot is off. Rock the wheel at 9 and 3 and watch the inner joint. Play there means a rack end. Fit it with a new boot if yours is split, and get an alignment after.
