FLEX R31 44MM Mini F55 Anti Surge Turbocharger
Known as the FLEX R31 44MM Mini F55 this turbo has an Anti-Surge compressor housing. It’s a 44MM turbocharger but looks like its big brother, the F55 Turbocharger, has an inlet whistle and is rated to 35psi. These turbos are used by industry-leading tuning workshops internationally to produce consistent, reliable and impressive horsepower
Commonly used for low-mount replacements & high-mount 44mm Turbocharger conversions on:
Isuzu Dmax Pre DPF | Holden Colorado | Holden Rodeo | Toyota Hilux
- Best suited to 230-250hp+ common-rail applications with high flow injectors.
Your vehicle will need to be tuned once this turbo has been fitted.
🔧 Orientation option:
- Standard:
Standard 4JJ1 manifold position – The turbocharger/wastegate position comes rotated to fit a standard 4JJ1 Manifold position. - High mount:
The turbocharger is supplied pre-rotated to fit on a BRD High-mount turbo manifold.
*This is not a Direct-fit Turbocharger, it uses a wastegate for Boost control instead of the factory VNT system. Custom work is required to fit. Such as dump pipe, re-drill manifold flange & modify inlet piping. More detail below

- Isuzu Dmax 2008-2016 4JJ1
- Holden Rodeo RA7 2007-2008 4JJ1
- RC Colorado 2008-2012 4JJ1Fitment Notes:
-Bolts on to 2008-EARLY 2012 model 4JJ1 manifold, bolts on. 2012+ models required manifold to be re-drilled (pictured below)
-EGR cooler may need to be removed for clearance, we have dress up EGR plates listed to suit various models
-Dump pipe & Intake pipe modification required for fitment
-Coolant is not required, the original lines can be joined together
