Brand new genuine FLEX 46MM Bolt On Gated Turbo upgrade for the 1KD-FTV engine in the Toyota Hilux. The Flex R77 is a unique turbo because it’s a bolt in, direct fit factory replacement, but is a 46MM turbocharger upgrade with an internal wastegate. The VNT stepper motor can be removed and boost pressure can be controlled via the Flex R77 wastegate.

This for those chasing an upgrade to horsepower and torque out of their 1KD engine. These turbos are used by industry leading tuning workshops internationally to produce consistent, reliable and impressive horsepower and torque figures.

🛠️ Fitment Details

• Bolts on to factory 1KD low mount manifold, exhaust and intercooler piping.
• The Gated turbocharger has a different core & does not re-use the factory Oil feed line, A braided Oil feed line is supplied, your factory oil drain is re-used and modified.
• VNT Delete module is required to remove the factory VNT stepper motor
