Manta’s 3″ aluminised steel turbo back exhaust for the Toyota LandCruiser 105 Series HZJ105 with the 4.2L 1HZ diesel and an aftermarket 3 Bolt Garrett Turbo. From the turbo back you get a 3″ aluminised steel dump pipe, a 3″ engine pipe with flex, a 3″ centre muffler and a 3″ tailpipe. It is rated as a quiet noise level exhaust system.

This kit is made for the 3 Bolt Garrett Turbo. Its dump pipe has a 3 bolt floating flange to match the outlet on the back of that turbo, so check your turbo flange before you order. The second photo shows the dump pipe and its flange.

This kit has no catalytic converter. Removing the cat is for off road use only. Emissions rules vary by state, and it’s on you and your installer to check what applies to your vehicle.

A: Look at the outlet on the back of your turbo, where the dump pipe bolts on, and count the bolts. The DTS TD05 uses a 3 bolt fixed flange, the 3 bolt Garrett a 3 bolt floating flange, and the 6 bolt Garrett a 6 bolt flat flange. The dump pipe in this kit only fits its matching flange, so check yours before you order.

Q: Will it fit a factory non-turbo HZJ105?
A: No. This kit suits an HZJ105 with an aftermarket turbo fitted.

Q: Does it keep a cat?
