Manta 3-inch Exhaust System suitable for Toyota LandCruiser 79 Series VDJ79 Single Cab 2007-2016 Pre-DPF
Manta 3″ exhaust suitable for the Toyota LandCruiser 79 Series VDJ79 single cab with the 1VD V8, 2007-2016 pre-DPF models. It replaces the factory exhaust, which goes as small as 1 7/8″ and runs through a baffled muffler, so the V8 is nowhere to be heard. Exhaust, clutch and dyno tune is a great place to start on a 1VD 79 Series, and gets the ute going like it should have from the factory.

⚙️ Why Choose Manta:
- Off the factory floor, the restrictive standard exhaust holds the 1VD V8 to 151kW and 430Nm
- By itself, a 3″ exhaust improves peak power and torque, sharpens response and cuts fuel use. On average we see a 15% gain in power and around 1 to 2L per 100km less fuel used
- Pair it with a dyno tune and an NPC clutch upgrade for bigger gains in power and efficiency
- A 3″ exhaust is also necessary for turbo upgrades such as GTurbo, high flow injectors and further performance tuning
- Manta make this system in a number of configurations. These are the two we recommend and fit day in, day out
- The full 3″ exhaust is consistently rated as the best performance modification for the V8 LandCruiser, for the sound and for the improvement in driveability
- Manta is Australia’s largest exhaust manufacturer
