Manta 3-inch Turbo Back Exhaust System with Cat and Hotdog suitable for Isuzu D-Max 2020+ – Aluminised Steel
Manta 3″ turbo back exhaust system in aluminised steel, part number MKIZ0021, suitable for the 2020 to 2026 Isuzu D-Max with the 3.0L 4JJ3 common rail diesel. It replaces the factory exhaust from the turbo back with mandrel bent 3″ pipe, a high flow cat and a straight through centre hotdog. The factory muffler and piping are restrictive. Opening them up gives much freer flow and a deeper exhaust note.
🚗 Suitable for:
- Isuzu D-Max 3.0L 4JJ3 common rail turbo diesel (2020-2026), DPF model
📦 What’s Included:
- 1x Manta 3″ stainless steel dump pipe with high flow cat and DPF sensor ports (SSMBC604-DPF)
- 1x 3″ connecting pipe with flex joint and sensor port (MBE594)
- 1x 3″ centre hotdog (MBM617PHD)
- 1x 3″ tail pipe (MBT598)
- Fitting kit with gaskets, bolts, nuts, extension bracket, sensor plug, gasket sealant and thread lock
🔧 Fitment Details:
- Follows the same path as the factory exhaust and uses the factory mounting points
- Replaces the factory DPF section. An ECU remap is required after fitting
- Manta rate their systems as LOUD, MEDIUM and QUIET. With the cat and hotdog, this system is medium
- Material: Aluminised Steel. Aluminised is a coating on the mild steel, inside and out. Manta back it with a 2 year warranty, and we typically expect these exhausts to last a lot longer
- Also available in stainless steel, listed separately
⚙️ Why Choose Manta:
- Mandrel bends and a straight through hotdog keep the full 3″ bore from turbo to tail pipe
- Freer flow improves low-down torque and throttle response, and reduces turbo lag
- Manta is a trusted Australian exhaust manufacturer, and these are the systems we supply and fit in our own workshop

❓ FAQs:
Q: How loud is this exhaust?
A: Manta rate it as medium. The cat and hotdog take the edge off, so it has a deeper note than factory without the volume of a straight pipe system.
Q: Do I need a tune after fitting?
A: Yes. This system replaces the factory DPF section, so an ECU remap is required.
Q: Should I choose aluminised or stainless steel?
A: Aluminised steel costs less and carries a 2 year Manta warranty. Stainless steel lasts much longer in corrosive conditions such as beach driving.
