Designed as a strong-performing alternative to the factory VNT turbo, this setup is ideal when chasing reliable power and torque, especially when paired with supporting mods like high-flow injectors and a front-mount intercooler.

📦 What’s in the kit:

• 1 x SAK 44MM wastegate turbocharger
• 1 x Fabricated intercooler hot-pipe
• 2 x Silicone joiners
• 4 x Hose clamps
• 1 x Turbo oil feed line

🛠️ Fitment details:

• Bolts directly to factory manifold and dump pipe
• Wastegate boost control replaces the factory VNT system
• No coolant lines required (originals can be looped/joined)
• EGR cooler may need removal for clearance (EGR blank/dress-up plates available separately)
• DPF replacement pipe recommended for best performance

⚠️ Important note:
This is a direct fit turbo kit, however, it uses a wastegate on the turbo that removes the factory VNT control system. Tuning is required to make full use of the upgrade.

Do I need to tune after installing this turbo?
Yes. The factory ECU is mapped for the VNT system. A custom tune is required to match fueling and boost control.

Does this kit include everything to bolt on?
Yep. It includes the turbo, wastegate, piping, joiners, clamps, and oil feed line.

Is this compatible with the factory DPF?
It will bolt up to the factory system, but we recommend installing a DPF replacement pipe.
