The HD Auto 1HD-FTE inlet adapter has been Australian designed and manufactured, to allow easy removal of the factory ‘intake crossover’ and install custom mount intercooler pipework on your 1HD-FTE Engine bay.

🚗 Suitable for:

• Toyota Landcruiser HDJ100 / HDJ79 1HD-FTE Engine (All year models)
• 1HD-FTE engine conversions in other makes and models

📦 What’s included:

• 1x HD Auto Intake Adapter
• 1x 4mm Hose barb for boost reference

🛠️ Fitment Details:

• This part is used for a custom crossover delete – removal of the factory intake crossover.
• M16 threaded port for the factory Air Intake Temperature Sensor
• 1/8NPT Port and hose barb outlet for MAP Sensor boost reference
• 3″ (76mm) Inlet size
  
  ⚠️Important note for Late model HDJ100 series engines (2002 Onwards): The ‘smooth shutoff solenoid’ on the factory crossover can not be removed without triggering a fault code. Most owners choose to leave the sensor connected and relocate it.

Q: What size intercooler piping do I need?
A: The inlet allows for up to 3″ pipework, but 2.5″ is typically more than good enough.
