Garrett PowerMax direct-fit performance intercooler suitable for the Ford Ranger PX1, PX2 and PX3, the Ford Everest and the Mazda BT-50. Its core is 218% larger than the stock intercooler, and in Garrett’s testing it cut intake manifold temperatures by an average of 32°C. It fits in the stock location and reuses the factory bolts, hoses and clamps, with no modifications needed. It supports up to 499kW.

Q: Do I need to modify anything to fit it?
A: No. On the 3.2L and 2.2L it fits in the stock location and reuses the factory bolts, hoses and clamps. Only the 2.0L Ford Ranger Raptor needs a custom hose kit and a blanking plate for the sensor mount.

Q: Do I need a tune?
A: No, it works with the factory tune. A tune can take advantage of the cooler intake air to make more power.

Q: Does it replace the factory intercooler or mount in front of it?
A: It replaces the factory intercooler in the stock location.
