Brand new PPRC 55MM Turbo upgrade – Most effective anywhere from 250hp+ with performance modifications such as High flow injectors and front mount intercooler.
- Best suited to 250-300hp+ common-rail applications, This is for those chasing serious horsepower and torque out of their 1KD or 4JJ1 engine. Works best with high flow injectors, front mount intercooler and tuning.
- This is a conversion to a ‘wastegate’ style turbocharger – your vehicle will need to be tuned once this turbo has been fitted.
Commonly used for 55mm Turbocharger conversion on:
- Isuzu Dmax (Pre DPF) 4JJ1
- Holden Colorado 4JJ1
- Holden Rodeo 4JJ1
- Toyota Hilux 1KD

*This is not a Direct-fit Turbocharger, it uses a wastegate for Boost control instead of the factory VNT system. Custom work is required to fit.

-Coolant is not required, the original lines can be joined together

The PPRC F55 from HD Auto is an absolute weapon. It hits hard, spools surprisingly well, and the lag is minimal for a turbo of this size. On small +30 injectors alone it’s already making 320hp and 720Nm, pulling clean and strong right through the rev range. 💪
The sound is next level too — it’s got that T51R sound but with a unique PPRC twist that makes it stand out.
With a bigger fuel system coming soon, there’s still plenty left in it — and if it’s this wild now, the next setup is going to be insane.
