It is a turbo back system that replaces the entire factory exhaust, including the DPF. The standard system runs piping as small as 2″, which chokes the motor. We supply and fit these as the best sounding, best fitting option for the N80 Toyota Hilux, and they free up the 1GD-FTV.

🔧 Fitment Details:

• Follows the same path as the factory exhaust and uses all the same mounting points
• Removes the factory DPF. Tuning is required. The ECU must be recalibrated to remove the functions associated with the DPF system
• Off road or race use only
• Suits the factory turbo 1GD-FTV and bolts straight up to GTurbo turbocharger upgrades
• Manta rate their systems as LOUD, MEDIUM and QUIET. We find the medium option is a safe bet. It brings out the sound of the 1GD without being too loud or droney, because the resonator and the turbocharger both muffle the engine
• The loud option is a straight pipe with no resonator or muffler. Being a 4 cylinder, it is quite loud
• If you want to go quieter at a later date, you can buy the muffler section separately
