  • Mechanical injector pump does not require ECU tuning – but dyno tuning is recommended
  • Front mount intercooler requires trimming / holes cut.

❓ FAQ

Do I need to change my clutch?
Yes – if you’re still running the factory clutch, you’ll need to upgrade to handle the torque increase.

What about the injectors?
It’s highly recommended to replace your injectors when upgrading the injector pump for correct performance. Especially if they are over 100,000kms old or you have no history of maintenance.

I have a late model TD42Ti, does this work?
Yes! This package converts your Ti pump to a fully mechanical performance pump .
The #1 injector has a wire on it going back to the injector pump for an injection timing signal, You will need to swap the injectors with a genuine Zexel set and rail from the add-on section.

Will this work with my factory airbox?
An aftermarket high flow airbox is required – There are many combinations on the market and an airbox to turbo intake pipe will need to be fabricated to suit.

Do I need to dyno tune it?
Highly recommended  – especially to dial in the pump and get safe, reliable performance.

Do I need to run an intercooler? 
Yes – This upgrade package is not designed to work with a ‘hot-pipe’
